Heza Care delivers supported accommodation for young people aged 16–25, combining high standards of property quality with structured, outcomes-focused support. We recognise that accommodation alone is not enough, the quality of the home and the quality of the support must work together to promote stability, safety, and positive progress. Our approach is person-centred and trauma-informed, with planned keywork, independence skills development, and multi-agency working aligned to each young person’s pathway plan.
